I mean in a soccer match or a violent sport like rugby. The law assumes the participant of the game knows and accepts the risk before taking part in the game.Originally posted by gd4u:What if i wana kill woods ... how ???![]()

this law doesn't apply in all countries u know. In Italy, someone can be held criminally responsible if a racing driver dies in an racing accident. Happned with Ronnie Peterson's death driving a Lotus at Monza in '78, happened with Senna's death driving a Williams at Imola in '94.Originally posted by shade343:I mean in a soccer match or a violent sport like rugby. Killing is a criminal act and has nothing to do with tort (which deals with civil wrongs). Bone up your law pls.Originally posted by shade343:The only legal way to kill somebody is during a game of sport.
It overlaps each other in case you didnt realise.Originally posted by JLennon:Killing is a criminal act and has nothing to do with tort (which deals with civil wrongs). Bone up your law pls.
How do you get your target to play rugby with you.LOL u ask your friendly neighbourhood gangster to whack him up for $50 each .
I want to kill that smoker above my flat who always throw cig buts out of the window and onto my balcony. He is 50+ and has a big stomach.
You gave me hope, but now I am a little disappointed.
HAH. And then it is on the burden on the person prove that it isn't premeditated. Assuming the risk is one thing, premeditation is another.Originally posted by shade343:The only legal way to kill somebody is during a game of sport.
i'm quite amazed that someone who spent his days at arcade is actually studying lawOriginally posted by shade343:The only legal way to kill somebody is during a game of sport.
True that tort and criminal law do overlap each other but hardly in the area of homicide. If you are talking about 'Legal killing under a sport', tort does not accord that protection. Your defence is only under the Penal Code.Originally posted by shade343:It overlaps each other in case you didnt realise.
