Not really wat, u can still be charged for death by rash/negligent actions
But if the family sue maybe will fail if it is a reasonable risk , ie , if he dies while basejumping because of heart attack ,
unforesable, but if he dies because the rope snapped due to poor maintanence , hohoho the poor operator will kana sue until no underwear left -
yes but there are ways to argue with it..cuz if u took the fella out without any sense of the sport in context.u are still liable..
of course if u threw the ball/hit/kick and the ball hit the victim,den u might be excused.. -

Weird.. If 2 people wanna commit suicide comes together. Then they spontaneously invent a sport in which they have to push each other off the building and see who hits the floor first. Now, the risks are known and it is a sport. At least to them. So that is legal? Funny law..

True that tort and criminal law do overlap each other but hardly in the area of homicide. If you are talking about 'Legal killing under a sport', tort does not accord that protection.
