Hotel Industry Pays?

  Wanna ask fellow forumers who are either working or know ppl who are working in hotel industry.
  
  Hows the pay and job scope like from junior to mid-level management?
  
  Thinking of getting a hotel to sponser my studies for a diploma or even a degree in future. Please provide details in your replys if you can, or pm me. Thanks alot

  Depended which department you ended with, generally pay package don't expect too high and generally longer working hours. Some can be nicely dressed, some may no.

  Actually i've part timed in a hotel before and was told by my managers that pay is quite good. And working hours depends on where you are posted to also..
  
  But i can see that stress level is quite high, and quite a demanding job at times.

  depends what hotel chain...
  
  better go for prestigious ones..like Hilton..so anywhere u go in the world, you pay would be more or less the same..and not subjected to currency flunctuations

  you try to catch their chief engineer, can tell you very difficult. He and his assistant are always busy..their front line may be slightly better off.

  working part time and full time can be very difference. Part time can don't care so much. Full time, the boss will be watching you from head to toe.
