  near florence rd/simon rd. it's to the north of kovan mrt along upp s'goon rd, after junction of tampines rd.
  
  take bus 80, 81, 82 101, 107, 112, 113, 119, 136 and 153.

  Yummy, Punggol Nasi Lemak is much better. BTW, if you want cheaper prices consider Changi Village.
