Synopsis of LOST2 - I donno what they r acting, confusing

  I didn't pay much attention to it. just sometime watch a bit, sometime don't.
  
  look like the space & time are all messed up. I don't know they are still on the island, or back to mainland.
  
  anyone can give 1 paragraph synopsis? help me and others.

  they r on the island.
  
  the scenes whr they r back in civilisation are flashbacks of their lives b4 they ended up on the island.
