If a person for say Singaporean go overseas like Australia all those for education or whatever that needs like 3 years or so..
Talks in a very Australian accent and even words also same like 'I just came back from Australia, mate!'
All those, Would you be turned off? I would definitely get turned off not in a sexual way, SOme of them come back to become SPG too by being too over critical of their own counterparts

The influence will be there lor, it's hard not to be influenced by the australian culture and accent when you're there even for merely a few months. The thing is not so much about the accent, i think the problem is more on the personality/attitude of those people who came back to singapore, some will appear somewhat arrogant or something, i don't know but if they are arrogant, chances are of course people won't like them.

Hrm I have been in Australia longer than 3 years and my friend says that my Singaporean accent is still very strong even when I talk to the aussies. Then again I find most ang moh boys know how to sweet talk and make me feel great. The americans are usually the better ones than the aussies ...
