  UOB VISA is an good option.
  
  Some dining privileges are limited to their CC only. Some are not available on DC.

  Wow, I clicked on that link, didn't know nowadays got 'Titanium' cards also. This seem a little overboard. Gold, silver, platinum, all not enough, and now got titanium. Next they will bring out the copper, alumunium, zinc, iron, and donno what else.
  
  Ah well...... all the good metals are taken up already. I suppose copper is not as glam compared to gold or titanium. They wont take this up. I have a feeling the next one will be a uranium.

  'Titanium' cards came out like 2 yrs ago ? From OCBC i think.

  Yes, it was sometimes back in 2004 and 2005 when they released it.
