Surprise Birthday ideas needed =P

  My friend is turning 21 and I want to give her a surprise birthday celebration. She threw me a BBQ party for my 21st and it was quite a success, so I have to, erm, match up to that, I guess.
  
  I wonder if anyone has fun ideas on how to spring surprise parties on someone??
