Hey, im helping one of my jc friend to ask one qn for her studies... the topic is: consider a development, in this case is communications and devise a plan to maintain and enhance this development to benefit the community... She has three idea and all get rejected so anyone can gif some idea.... one example is: collaborate with universities from US to open research centres in sg and to train singaporeans and improve our development.
btw, anyone in SP DEEE or any of the engineering class first year or any other year....thank for replying... And yeah what cca you all joining... -
