people who put negativity into your lifer should be weeded out like roaches cause there are always a ton of these people who tell you all the negative things that they apply to themselves.
Having normal weight for your height is ideal. Think positively is that you have enough to eat and you do not put yourself through unnecessary drugs or starvation to drop your weight to 40kg. And that's stupid. Just keep heathy and happy. -

Appearance is something that will not stay the same eternally...one day we all will also become fat and ugly and old with balding head and thinning/graying hairs and all that. -
you can also selectively listen to things. Things you don't want to hear about, just filter out.
