i say stop worrying about sit ups and crunches if u juz wanna see the abs. i dont do crunches or any ab exercise and i still have a decent 6 pac.
btw, sweating doesnt make u lose any fat. it only makes u lose water. u lose fat when u exercise and u breath heavily
Seriously I don't know. Start work from 11am to 7pm. Damn tiring work. When to jog? How to jog? When I not working I jog wif my friend or blading, or soccer.
