Expect that kind of service with the kind of price... I had changed a harddisk at CASH before waiting for 5 hours and they tell me to go back to wait for 2 more weeks.

there's always the bad sheep la.. for me, i tather pay abit more, go to those better shop like bell fuwell and cybermind to get my stuff.. after sales service is jus as important..

its better to pay a higher price at shops that are trustworthy than some shops which sells dirt cheap and close a few days later.
had experience with this kind of shop. nb... took my laptop battery to this shop to ask for replacement, but the shop closed a few days later... with my battery.

yi fen qian yi fen huo. (include the service standard)
they sell cheaper for a reason. The stuff used or brand new i don't know, at least what i got from the indian lady was brand new, out of box, no scratch, i was there beside the guy who assemble it. I watched it through out the whole process.
But i also admit that their attitude is not as good as the chinese guy from fuwell, but fuwell was a little more expensive, so i choose the indian auntie(i think the shop is called "unlimited") in the end.
The indian choose to sell cheap, so they dont scared no customer, so they dun need to like beg you to buy from them.
For the chinese, they give you quality service, helpful staff, treat you like a big towkay, but they sell a little bit more expensive, for those who are willing to pay more, will go for them. For those who can afford, sure feel better when sales staff respect you, talk to you nicely, even you need to pay a little more.
For the exchange/refund issue, if you are not very pro, you should confirm with them the the hardware you choose are compatible with each other. Or you may get a fren who knows hardwares well to company you to go there and choose. Even they can exchange for you, it's very troublesome, so try not to choose something wrongly, to prevent all these trouble of arguing with them. -
Best Bargain - well known for selling recycled stuff. My fren brought back a usb hub for exchange cos it was not working. They changed for him, but he saw them putting back the hub he brought for exchange up for sale again.

i went to sim lim square last year during cleaning stock period, the indian there not bad le, very kind. even though i did brought a motherboard or something, they still give a name card and smile.

i like to shop fuwell, cos the saleman will 1 to 1 exchange without a word.
14days 1 to 1 okay, more than that i dont know liao.
ppl at HWZ been complaining the service they recieve in fuwell. for me, what the result more important. -

i just wan a recommation of shop which i can buy my ram from.. mayb recommend me a shop with gd service etc... cos alot of shop gives poor service and bad attitude.. after sales service is even worse.

a few days back i saw the intel dual-core processor ask the person in the shop something like, "what does dual-core 2.2ghz means and how is it different from those normal single core processors?"
guess how he answered? "dual-core 2.2ghz means that there are 2 processors and each of them is running at 1.1ghz which total up to 2.2ghz. and dual-core can process 2 times the speed of single core processor."
well... this makes no sense and when i got home i posted @ hwz and the conclusion is ---> everything he said is wrong

hmm.. i brought my ram at fuwell.. on lvl 5.. not bad service... reasonable price too.. if u all are looking for any thing can shop there..
i saw some with stupid attitude.. sell $1-2 cheaper den fuwell.. but i still get frm fuwell.. i like their service.. -
