SUBANG JAYA: A Singaporean who owns a debt collection agency in Kuala Lumpur was executed gangland-style at a public park here.
Residents out on their morning walk found the body of Tan Ser Hwee, 39, on a bench in the park in Jalan USJ4/7 at about 7.30am yesterday.

There were three gunshot wounds on the back of his heavily tattooed body. His white long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans were blood-soaked.
Police believe he was gunned down at the park as they found two slugs at the scene.
TanÂ’s borrowed BMW car is missing. His own BMW is in the workshop.
It is learnt that Tan and his brother from Singapore have been operating a debt collection business at Taman Desa Petaling for about two years.
Tan is said to have travelled frequently here on business and owned a house in USJ3.
Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm (II) Datuk Hadi Ho Abdullah said robbery had been ruled out as TanÂ’s wallet containing RM376, cellular phone and ring were untouched.

“From the passport recovered on him, we found that he entered Malaysia almost every month. We are checking with our Singaporean counterpart on Tan’s background and activities,” he said.
According to an investigating officer, TanÂ’s wife Lee Wai Fun, 29, is a local who works as a secretary at a machinery factory in Bandar Sunway. The couple has a son.
Lee last met her husband for lunch on Tuesday. Tan then dropped her off at her office and told her that he would be heading for work.
When she reached home, Lee called her husband on his handphone, and was told not to disturb him as he had work to do.
At 1am, she called him again but his phone was switched off.
At 8.30am yesterday, police officers called on Lee to tell her about her husband.
A 45-year-old businessman whose house fronted the park said a group of men frequently gathered at the spot where Tan was shot dead. “They were always making noise. Last night (Tuesday), the noisy group was there again.”
Police are looking for the owner of the BMW loaned to Tan.
“We are also appealing to residents or anyone who may have heard gunshots to contact the police,” said SAC Hadi Ho.

judging from the news... heavily tatooed...debt agency...think he is a legitimate ah long. he must have incur the wrath of opposing gang. or... he uses violence in his debt collection till the ppl scared then shoot him...
