How would you define good or bad service in Singapore or even overseas? People complain SG service standard is yucky, but is their attitude towards the service providers respectful?
We keep saying want to improve on the service standards in SG but what is it that we should improve on?
I'm sure there are incidents or even locations of the name of the shop/ restaurant/ organization that we can talk about as example of good/ bad service. Let's share the experience, i think it might shed some light on the "bad service" and maybe, maybe they can respond to explain... and those with "good service" will probably feel good that they are being appreciated.
This is merely a discussion thread so let's not get too aggressive and flame okie?

To me good service is the feeling of being welcomed even though their products are not the best. Good service is also means serviceÂ’s personal are putting all his or her focusing on serving the customers needs. Good services also mean regardless of a cheaper item or a more expensive item a customer is buying you still respect them in your heart.
