  in a chinese seafood restaurant, have u ever went to choose ur own crab or fish in the tank?
  
  eg. like u follow the waitress to the fish tank, den u point to her which fish or crab u want...
  
  like that then the cook wont give u lousy crab or fish... (eg. give u a half dead fish or injured/sick crab)
