Hair treatment..

  My hair is kinda dry and frizzy so i was hoping to go for treatment to make it soft and silky..
  
  I like to know if anyone who done hair treatment for dry, frizzy hair and are satisfied customer..
  
  Maybe u could post down the name of the salon & price(preferably less than $100)..

  u know a hair salon call "hair century",is belong to beijing 101, treatment there is quite cheap and not bad, maybe u can go for a try.
