Your winamp noe chinese?

  mine can't read chinese.. always lots of question mark appear on the song title den i dunno which song is which.. any idea how to make chinese readable?

  Install east asian languages from regional settings at control panel.

  my frens also have the same prob. the winamp cannot read the chinese character, but windows explorer and windows media player all can.
  
  btw using os x + itunes. can put watever language u wan...

  I only use Winamp cos an application on my mobile phone requires Winamp plugin to control my computer. Good for controlling iTunes when I'm 'doing business'

  My winamp also cannot read chinese but anyway it's not a big problem for me since I usually listen to english songs only occassionally then listen to chinese songs.

  i on my njstar then my winamp can read the chinese characters liao.
  
  if u still see the question marks, u may have to type out the chinese characters & save it liao(re-label using njstar).

  all you have to do is press alt+3 with the song with ???s. Then uncheck the ID3v1 and ID3v2 checkboxes. Then the song title will become the filename of the song. So you can rename then like Jay Chou - Fa Ru Xue.mp3 will display as Jay Chou - Fa Ru Xue
