  zhao yun saved lui bei's child after the wife of lui bei jumped into a well coz she dun want to be a burden to zhao yun. zhao yun dashed through the men of cao cao(i think) and brings the baby unscattered to lui bei... but zhao yun himself was injured. lui bei saw this and was touched by zhao yun's loyalty and say if he rather lose his son than zhao yun and then tossed the baby to the ground.... yah thats probably why the son became so dumb.
