  depends ur face shape, really. you can ask the hairdresser's opinion? juz recently i decided to cut my fringe n alot of people said i look better than last time without fringe.. but if you wanna try a new look (u'll nvr know until u try!), you can ask the hairdresser not to cut so short, so if you dont like the fringe you can always pin it up with some pretty hairclip.

  fireice, the goth culture does not link well with asians. either way i do not think i can pull it off with black from top to toe.. black lipstick, eyeliner & all.. makes me look like a witch!

  for me personally I like gals with fringe...maybe with a little baby hair behind the head...but ur face must suit the hairstyle lar...
