POSB ATM Go! card

  hi all,
  
  recently, i received this offer from POSB regarding it's POSB ATML Go! card, whereby it's a combination of an ATM card + some credit card features(by Mastercard).
  
  anyone has it? i would like to know if i can purchase things online if i have this card, since it's also a credit card.
