what happens if on votting day,you are on tour, in hospital

  let's say you intend to go overseas for tour, then how to vote? can vote in advance? or phone who to say cannot make it???
  
  or let's say you are warded to hospital, so will the ballot center come to you or your parents vote for you or you just have to void the vote by not able to go???
  
  Will NSF soldiers vote? PRs can vote?

  NSF soldiers just need to show their consitencies is not a walkover, then can bookout to vote (last time is like this lah).

  Overseas, you will miss your voting chance and struck off register. But you will be reinstated if you apply for the next election without penalties.

  NSF soldiers will vote... though not many of them are 21 years old.
  
  PRs cannot vote. So far i know in this world..... PRs in Australia can vote provided they are PRs with citizenship of a commonwealth country that the head of state is Queen E.
