Do Fresh Grad Look for A Job or A Career?

Fresh graduates should get a job earn money first and then slowly familiarize onself with the industry and try to understand if it really fit one interest? Someone once said if you like what you are doing, it is not called a job.
So I guess for each fresh graduates, they gotta search for the answer themselves and hopefully find the answer. It could be one may even focus on some industries totally irrelevant to what one studies during school times

look for a job first and later capitalise on ur market value for a career.

Actually I kinda disagree. If its possible, a fresh grad should try to know what skills and career capital he should need for the career he has in mind. The first job maybe that important in deciding which sector or career path he may choose to set out on.
So the freshie should bear this in mind and not anyhow look for a job first and waste the precious first 3 years of his life -
the first few years of work kind of lock u into a particular career path.

The field is vast and includes career placement, career planning, learning strategies and student development.
By the late 20th century a plethora of choices (especially in the range of potential professions) and more widespread education had allowed it to become fashionable to plan (or design) a career: in this respect the careers of the career counsellor and of the career advisor have grown up. It is also not uncommon for adults in the late 20th/early 21st centuries to have dual or Multiple Careers, either sequentially or concurrently. Thus, professional identities have become hyphenated or hybridized to reflect this shift in work ethic. Economist Richard Florida notes this trend generally and more specifically among the "Creative class."
