Bad experience with Courts Customer Services

  Hey guys..Any of you had any bad experiences with Courts Customer Services??
  
  Today tried calling them from 1pm to 3pm...Nobody picked up the phone...When finally got someone picked up, she transfer me to another person...Told the person my problem and she said she will checked and get back to me...Wait for half an hour also never get back to me...End up calling the store that i bought the thing from and everything settled...
  
  I think this is the worst customer service i ever encountered before...
