  Inspired by another thread, let's start and share any unusual or unique or ridiculous lawsuits that you know of.
  
  I start first.
  
  My friend was sued in USA when his firm went bankrupt, by his ex-employee. The ex-employee sued for lost opportunity, because he lost his job.
  
  Pretty ridiculous. But he didn't win of course.

  Heard from my friends that someone sued MacDonald's for not informing him that burgers and fries would make him fat... Of course it's again in the States...
