  Just my 2 cents:
  
  I believe it all depends on the interviewer. I went for an interview at Toshiba and when she asked me why i left. I told her not enough exposure and no much career prospects. But when i went for an interview elsewhere, i find the interviewer very nice and frank so I told him the truth. The pay and benefits not there so not motivating to work hard.
