How you can get it so wrong is beyond me. Doesn't common sense tell you that they will not pay into a different person's account? Just wait for the cheque through the mail, I think that this is the procedure; that they send cheque if the bank account doesn't check out.. -

SINGAPORE : About 2.13 million Singaporeans received their Labour Day gift on Monday, especially those who have signed up for the Progress Package.
A government statement says 95 percent of them will have the money credited into their bank accounts, while the others will receive via cheques.
Those who signed up through the internet but gave incorrect bank account information will receive a cheque by the first week of May.
These cheques can be deposited into any bank account.
Singaporeans who do not have a bank account can exchange their cheque for cash at the bank which issued it, or at any post office.
Those who can't do so personally can authorise a proxy to do it on their behalf.
Singaporeans who have not signed up for the Progress Package can still do so through any DBS/POSB/UOB/OCBC ATM by May 31 or the website.
Alternatively, they can collect a form at any post office, Community Centre/Community Development Council office or CPF Service Centre and submit it to the CPF Board by December 31. - CNA/de -
