Their manifesto explained at length and in relative detail on the goals of the party and what their agenda is for the elections.
In retrospect, the PAP, in response, released a disappointing 12-PAGE MANIFESTO that was lacking, brushing through MOTHERHOOD STATEMENTS and polishing the surface.
Can the the WP be blamed for an empty campaign?
Plenty of thought process went through their manifesto. They dared to release it EARLY in anticipation of the coming elections. Some might even wager that they pre-empted the govt's bluff to set an election date. The launch of their manifesto clearly shook the Ruling party, given the sudden and fast jibes they received from prominent ministers.
And the PAP? They have been demanding the opposition to come clean with their agenda. What about theirs? Perhaps they still think they can rest on their laurels?

let's be real. u dun disclose ur plans to the people concerned, you dun get the vote bcos people will not be making informed decisions. simple as that.
