A husband and wife , living under the same roof under joint applicant in a HDB flat , if the wife is bankrupt , does the banks has the right to ... what you called that ? Like confiscate all the items in a flat ? Fridge , TV , sofas , DVD , anything that is valuable ?
If so , meaning the bankrupted party directly affected their spouse ?
Is there , if you does know , anyway the husband is protected from having to go through the seizure ? From the husband perspective ? Like he didn't know anything like this happened until the bank arrived with they seize the house ?
Anyone ? Any lawyer ? Anyone's friend has got similiar case ?
