yes, if u're willing to pay, cos printing outside can be expensive.
try chills cafe at stamford road (next bldg along the row from bus stop outside capitol). they also provide printing from other media like Zip disks, CD, memory cards etc. u can also burn ur CD there.
i'm not sure about printing shops at bras basah complex also.
for north side, it's really up to luck for u to explore around. maybe try some photocopy/photo developing shops will help.
I can only think of Causeway Point for North Side. Other places, I'm unsure. If you don't mind me doing the printing for you and deliver to your nearest location, please reply my PM.
