Each story can be adapted into a very watchable TCS production on its own."
isn't it sad?
many parents r getting less responsible, hard to survive in this competitive society, or are these mainly self-pity?
how do we actually identify which youths need help more?
or should we also educate the parents by holding more parental counselling?

by right i know how my parents felt and how i, myself felt. both child and parents dont willing to give way. and the fight got worst, spark become fire. i remember once i use the F word at my dad, cause cancle my 6days download file, and he come strangle me, i return i strangle him+whack him. well kind of regret after doing it. (hope you people understand what i meant.)
moral of the story, parents are always right, we have no right to scold or whack them. yell is quite possible, but dont ever create spark.
after that incident, i never yell or use any vuglar at my dad or my mum. -

but when his mum crazy really very crazy.. that time i called him.. just to ask about handphones.. he was not in.. his mum ask me can i don't always ask his son go out, play soccer or what...

heard from somewhere that asian parents, especially fathers.. love their child alot.. just that they don't know how to express it.. because they want "face"..

1. I think problem is because youths are now exposed to 'western' style of affection. Long time ago our parents and our grandparents were got show affection one?! Take care of you not affection meh?
2. Also, last time it is very easy to show a child you care. My father until now remembers how my Grandaunt helped him when he was very poor. He borrowed their machines to work at night and one night, she came down with a cup of Milo for him. He said he remembered how thick and tasty it was.. and because it was so expensive last time, most people used to make it rather bland.
Now ah, you make Milo for kid, he say he want Macdonald Iced Milo. Your one dont taste nice.
3. Last time when everyone is struggling with work, mother is busy with housework, father is busy with outside work, where got time simi spend with their children or what! The kampung children entertained themselves, took care of themselves, and don't need what attention or watever. So leh, my conclusion is.. kids nowadays, too much time.
4. Too much time never mind.. no creativity to go and FIND things to go. Like i said, kampung kids got what?? No nintendo, no nothing. And the kids now say Singapore is 'boring'. Last time the kids have so much less, but they never say boring - they had tins and grasshoppers and spiders.
I'm not saying parents are not at fault. I am just saying... Hmm.. a lot of influences raised expectations of kids, but not able to teach the parents how to parent this new breed of youths. -

then people think that its really like that in the states and all the 'ang moh countries'
but please lah...its NOT!!!
you know the way many people (esp teens) like to follow 'american culture' and fashion.for fashion,actually what they are following is african-american fashion. cos its the african-americans that start off this whole 'what syle to wear' thing. -

As for whether it is better or not, I think it is just Different. I find that some of these actions are just 'show-show' only also, when it happens between adults.
