  currently those overseas do not have to vote unless they register rite...?
  
  coz im away from singapore now and wouldnt be back til later part of the year...
  
  but i still receive a notice informing me to vote...

  no, continue with voting... results we be out as per normal.
  
  then you come back, vote and then they realised your one vote means the opposition wins.
  
  after that they all do a handover.
