  I think most pharmacy does sell. I know those in hospital will be slightly cheaper. Get a reknown brand in case it spoils easily.

  should be watch type, i looking for one, that is easy for me to see my heart rate zone easily when i'm exercising. Btw, what happens if i'm swimming and i want to use one? Less than 50 dollars if possible, but the quality must be there.

  Those for exercise types can be easily found in pharmacies. As for your budget, I think you'll need to triple it.
