Possibilities Of New Reservior and Retiree Village

This must be the most naive dream that I ever have..must be crazy..
Anyway, just to share my thought..(don't scold me stupid)
cause I studied no much.
Looking at singapore map, main land and the biggest island called Palau Ubin. Can we buy sand from malaysia for reclaim land to close the two ends.These will make the centre as a natural water catchment area or a dam.
We can then build big road to and fro of Palua Ubin, in that case, it will be another ideal site for retiree village. Don't need to go oversea. Changi village is also very near.
The new water investment still can carried on, but sell it to foreigner. We can drink natural treated water then.
I hope this dream is no crazy. Maybe 500 years later, our children still can enjoy from this benefit.

So can built reservoir and retiree village. Let the retiree see the nice seaview and then foreigner will admire our elderly..Wow. you see singapore so good, old already got nice place and sea view like club med to retire. -
why dont we just invade malaysia and indonesia?
then we have plenty of villages that we can banish the ah pek ah ma to. -

I doubt it is legal to do it. If it's legal, Singapore would have done it donkey years ago when we're reclaiming Marina Site.

With a new reservior, we need no to worry so much of water issue with Malaysia too...could it be nothing to talk leh????
Definitely have..can talk about fish, talk about water sport..but never need to talk water no enough..that area is definitely bigger than existing reservior. -
Some of you are worry about semb marine..I give you the solution, either move to china, or moved to outside Palau Ubin, once the work on reservior is approved. The depth of water will definitely be deeper and can serve bigger vessels.
