hey... how come when going to fall asleep will suddenly jerk ar... i also leh... vv paiseh, i during lecture going to fall asleep den suddenly my muscle can jerk involuntarily

sometimes when i dun sleep properly and leave my kneecap near the edge of the bed, it really feels like i have one leg missing... the pain that comes with it after that is terrible too..

ya then when the blood flowing back into the arm theres an extreme pain as if a thousand needles were being inserted and pulled out of my flesh. then the pain will be so terrible i'll scream silently until the blood flows back and i can use my arm again...Originally posted by finoq:...when u sleep on your arm unintentionally at night. he slept on his arm and when he woke up he was still groggy and he lifted his arm...and he screamed because he didnt know where the arm came from.
it was his own arm, but he just could not feel it...

ya la lol i think its because when the brain is in REM sleep our bodies are locked so that we would not play out our actions in our dreams. sometimes in the train i sleeping then suddenly i jerk suddenly and wake up and i look around me and i see everyone staring at me omg so paiseh...this happened to me 3 times on 1 trip this morning...
