  yea to just refine one bowl of unstable uranium... You need to keep refining it using alot of resources over a long period of time boiling and cooling... That's how the british female scientist found uranium. She does it at her own backyard. Basically it take months... Not to mention Plutonium... You need more than one kind of resources which includes heavy water... Even raw uranium ores are controlled item and controlled mine... if you wan to make a nuclear forget about it.
