WIN XP Activation

  i just installed a new dvd drive and now windows comes up with a message that I must come up with a new activation within 3 days.... That's not cool, because I lost my XP cd pack awhile back, so i don't have the activation code anymore. Anyone pls advice with solution, by crook or by hook, pm me if needed.

  Installation of DVD drive doesn't need Windows XP Activation code unless you reformatted the system.

  crack sites and p2p networks have all the cracks that U need...U just need to go find the usable one...
  
  and ya...installation of new hardware shouldnt prompt U to activate.

  By right, installation of a new hardware should not prompt you for Windows XP activation code, unless you reinstalled Windows.
  
  You can try going to crack websites to find the Windows activation code.
