Has any of ur family memmber start collecting these stuffs to sell, juz to earn extra $$ to get through the month, is this what singaporean been doing all these years, when the country is getting richer each year? where did all the $$ gone too?

collecting as a business is profit making but as an individual....things are not going to help much.... i going to try something new for a change....it been a long time since i seen any changes except living standard going up every year where salary do not, after serious considering.....i got conclusion for my vote....what yours?

For me I just keep them when I come across. For examples, I keep those Newspaper, Recycled Papers, Drinking Cans.
The rest will be electronics or pipes and stuffs that my neighbour throw away.

my dad... cause selling fruits as a hawker in a JTC factory is not making enough. On Saturdays, he earns about 8 (lowest) to $25 (highest). Normal days is about $100. All these minus expenses, is not much. So he collects scraps to help make more for the larder. But he is small time compared to sembcorp (TLC) Green frog logo recycling truck. Every cent is sucked up by TLC. JTChad also recently transfered the ownership of their factories to TLC.

The day has come to see some changes in singapore, after 6/5/06 we will want to have a better lifestyles, we will work fo a living regardless rain or shine, we will want to have a balance in living stardard and salaries, and hope i can see less people collecting cans, papers.... vote for changes!!!! changes that can help people, not stressing people!!!!
