But... Squinting your eyes will confirm damage your eyes, as well as looking at people doing any activities that's naked also will cost your your eye some harm. -

It won't damage your eyes but it definitely won't be healthy under prolonged usage. I believe you're refering to the eye relief, the distance of your eyes to the nearer lens. Make sure you adhere to the telescopic device specified eye relief distance so as not to strain your eyes. HTH.

Using bino to look at the sun... confirm will spoil eye.
Otherwise, normal usage of bino will not cause harm to yoru eye, just that it will cause you headache if you have unsteady hands.
When usnig bino, you are looking at a virtual image into the bino, thus your eyes is focused on the image. -
