HELP me...SNAKE

well i found a SNAKE which was around 9 cm and 3mm thick... full brown or black... which looks like a worm..earthworm... but after look at it carefully...
scales and tongue was seen(observed)
well well... anyone who knows snake well or rear snake....
could anyone help me on identifying the specie and what to feed it... -
why wld u want to keep it?
it's an offense btw..and snakes dun really do very well in captivity -

It is known as a Blind Snake, a real snake but very small species. Release it back to the grass, it is hard for you to find its food.
