but in order for the admin to understand who is the most suitable for the job, one must recommend himself/herself or someone to the admin 1st right?
the admin can't simply anyhow just choose any tom dick and harry and appoint him or her as mod right?
surely the candidate must prove to the admin that he or she is capable of taking up this job, to be able to be present most of the time.
we don't want another Joyce right? who have been AWOL for years already.
and what better ways to determine the best candidate other than having us, fellow forum members to vote. -
