I just got whey protein cos I wanna build some muscle.
I'm using barbell with 20kg of weights.
Doing bicep curls, forearm curls, shoulder press and push up with it.
Also use it to do squats.
Hope to see some change within a month.
I'm 1.7m and 66kg.
Hope to lose weight or maintain.
Any fitness ppl to share experience?
