i'm surprised no one here has asked if you have a sister who's single. roflsOriginally posted by rowester:Yo yo yo yo ...
I am coming to Singapore from Los Angeles for vacation next week ... from the 17th, to the 22nd
I am coming alone / solo ... just to hang out and check out the city ...
I am 34 year old guy, but very young looking and thinking ... I like to shop, eat, hang out, party, dance, etc ... but I also read many books, I own my own business, and I am very educated ... but I still like to rock and roll, be silly -- and I am interested in hanging out with some local people -- cool people.
Where should I hang out when I get into Sing?
I am staying at Shangri LA ....
Any help much appreciated. Just trying to hook up with some locals, and have a good time.
message me, or post here.
Thanks.
what part are u from LA???? I LIVE IN LAOriginally posted by rowester:Yo yo yo yo ...

3) If you are still doubting I american, then you are high on low-grade street drugs.
I can handle Singlish ... it's all good. Do you even realize how many languages are spoken in Los Angeles? Thai Town is directly underneath the Hollywood sign, and the chinese practically built Caifornia.
I speak Spanish as a second laguage, pendejos.
I am coming in on the 17th ....
... U GOTTA BE KIDDING ME.. IT THE MEXICANS WHO BUILT CALIFORNIA AND THOSE ANNOYINGASS POOR PPL....

If you wanna get the feel of life here, get up early in the morning, travel by MRT (subway) to any residential heartland, seat yourself at any MRT (subway) station where you can see our locals going off to work, and just watch.Originally posted by rowester:Yo yo yo yo ...

some notes ::
* It is always warm in Los Angeles, too, but with less humidity than SE Asia.
* I am not on a mission for "oil" or imperialism -- don't worry, most of us hate George Bush.
* I need local peeps to defend me from sarong girls who continually attack me when I don't want any.
* "cool" is global. There are cool people everywhere.
Cool people, I invite you as my guests at Shangri if you want to hang.
Like I said, I don't know anybody there, and I am doing a couple diff forums to try to get in with a group of locals, and hang out.
