  when you do heavy exercise,you sweat alot but it is also very likely that you drink a lot of water back,so it could be the weight of the extra water you just drank.
  
  Also exercising builds muscles and burn off fats,muscle is heavier than fats so when replaced by such,of course you will be heavier

  i experience this also. Usualy after fitness test. i gain like 2 kg. and it stays for a day or two till my body aches go away and i get back to my normal weight.
