energy source that can last forever and can be implemented to things we using now, like:
mobile phones and similar devices, so that they will never "low batt".
Cars, planes, ships do not need to refuel.
anti-collision force field generator on cars. So that when 2 cars collide, this force field will absorb the impact and make both cars to come to a stop without any damage. And when a car is about to hit someone or an object, the force field will absorb the impact so that it become a slight push on the person.
"hands off" mind controlled devices. e.g. A computer that get instructions from you thru you mind, not by typing or the use of a mouse. what you want to type out in your mind will be transmitted to the computer thru automatically.
travelling thru a new dimension. For now, it's quite impossible for us to migrate to other planets, cos those near us are believed not suitable for human beings. going to far planets with space craft we got now are too slow. even when we invented something that travel at the speed of light, but our body wont be able to take it. So we need to travel thru another dimension, which we havent even know what kind of dimension it is.
Harddisk for human brains. We cant memorize everything accurately with human brains. If we can add a "harddisk" to our body, then we can remember every single detail of things forever(unless harddisk crashed?)
Multi purpose spectacles that can:
change the lens to any color on demand
zoom in/zoom out(work as a Telescope)
take photos
become a "virtual" monitor.(Like Sony Glasstron)
project image(Like what R2D2 did in starwars movie)

Anyway, teleportation is still at its infantile stages, scientist have only managed to teleport atoms only. The teleportation of human beings and materials are much more complex as we have to digitise each atom in the body and 'program' it to end up in it original position at the final location. You dun want to lose your equipment at your nude beach location man.. -

That would reduce childbirth pain greatly and save a lot of time. -
