  got a prob with my 6610
  
  my phones reception is very bad, everytime when a person call i can hardly hear them, seems as though they speak too softly...Wads happening?

  i think its quite new...not mine phone but m using it...should be around 4-6mths old

  Too soft seems more like a speaker problem than reception problem
  Try increasing the volume and if that doesn't work, bring it to the service centre

  at least urs better, my phonelist entries disappears one by one each day...no miss calls somemore, sometimes ppl said call me but i never hear ring also...didnt even vibrate...

  try increasing the volume see how.. or maybe the reception from starhub not good... if still the same, tat means something wrong with the phone liao..
