Anyone Who Cant Bath With Cold Water? I m one of them, always insist on having hot or at least warm bath...but ns coming n have to learn to bath in tap water...today i try wa siao, very torturing
, any tips to learn to bath in cold water? -
U definitely can do it in army.
When all u have is just 5 mins to bathe,wash clothes and admin time to call home or gf.
At least it was like this during my bmt times.

It can be quite bad but when you get use to it, it can be pretty good.

imagine you are showering wif ____(insert ur fantasy gal here) loh.
but seriously in bmt, mostly u'll be so smelly and tired that u'll juz b thankful that u can bathe, regardless the water is hot or cold haha. u wun even think much of it then i guess -

And since you are going into the army soon,it will be a great time to condition yourself to it.
Another tip
K,when you step into the shower,let the jet of water from the shower head spray for around 15 seconds on one of your arms.This will let your body be accustomed to the cold at an area that is not that sensitive,so that when you shower the rest of the body with cold water,the body would already be more accustomed to it and the shock from cold water is not that high.
3rd tip
If possible,get towels that are huge so that it is those that can cover almost your whole body,wrapping your body after the cold water bath will almost immedately trap body heat and soon the feeling of coldness will be gone. -
3 years back .. i always bath with cold water..
but now i always bath with warm water...cold water now? can..but first 10 secs..have to tahan abit -

got once i tried to point the shower head at my "sensitive"region n turn tap full blast with cold water...waa i tell u the feeling is

It's quite shiok bathing with cold water actually. And I think it's better for your skin too. Hot water tends to make your skin dry.

YOu will be used to it after a while...esp if the weather is hot

I always bath with the water set at it's hotest. But now, I can bath with cold water cause tried a few time and used to it. Maybe can try to slowly lower your water temperature?

you mean those who asthma cant bathe in cold water? thats smth new.. i got history of asthma... and i cant bath in cold water for nuts man.. everytime i will take warm/hot bathes... so whenever i turn on the shower and accidentally forgot to turn on the heater at the same time, i can jump n get goosebumps when the cold water touches my skin sia..Originally posted by ^tamago^:yeah. permstaff at company... 10-12 less ppl bathing
