Nokia hp very hot after charging battery

It's normal. It should be safe if the charger and battery are genuine Nokia products.

the hp and battery is genuine...but it is hot til you will drop it to the floor when you feel the hotness in your hands...you cant hold in your hand for too long or you will feel the hotness burning your hand.

that is too hot.. i suggest u change the battery... costs about $28 to $38...
battery will be hot during charging but not so hot leh....

the charger shld be okay....it is used to charge other nokia hps but the hps dont have such a problem. maybe the battery being used for a long time spoilt liao.

i thought nw all nokia phones once fully charged will auto cut the charging one leh......

How old is your handphone? Older models of handphones doesn't auto cut off charging even when it's fully charged. This will cause overheating. Nowadays, newer models doesn't have this problem, unless the charger or battery is faulty.

auto cut off isnt full proof... electricity still leaks into the thing... remember to unglug the thing.... i remember i heated up a can of tuna with my laptop before....
