Neighbours End Dispute Over Condo Parking Space

a 50-yr-old was fined $2000 and served a day in jail for slashing the tyres of her neighbour's car.
the other owner was fined $2000 for threatening her.
all because of a parking lot!!!
although it was not a reserved space, the 50-yr-old considered it hers as she had been parking there since 1993.

I can understand how the first car owner felt...parked for 10 years...then felt like she owes the lot... suddenly 'taken away' when new owners come in.
But if she thinks she duly reserve that lot, she shd bring up to her management that she shd be entitled that lot. Why she did not do so? Bcoz no such rule...its all in the mind.
I have come across such senario in my previous flat and current flat carpark.
Previous one was a single lot parked by an Evo. Other than the Evo, the rest of the car kenna scratches when they parked at that lot.
My current one there is a lot next to a linkway which stands by itself.
My fd parked saw a red honda parked there often. He parked there on 3 occasions kenna 4 scratches. -
the 50-yr-old's sentence is a bit light isnt it?

Thats the mentality of most rich ppl
Owning a condo dosent mean u own the carpark,etc
Its all clearly stated in the terms of agreement
If she was her own carpark,get a bungalow -
She park in the parking lot for 12 years means she owns the parking lot,
So my mother lived in singapore for the past 50 over years, she owns singapore lor ? -
So stupid! Why slash the tyres only?!
While you're at it, the paintwork could do some rework as well.
