however when u open a website in a computer, as the page loads, the graphics, flash movies, etc. are all downloaded into temporary internet files folder. if you open that folder and look at the graphics there its all the graphics that u see around the web.. including simple graphics like the sgforums logo at the top, the background of this page, other pple's avatars, photos, etc. so therefore it means u are holding on to these images because they are inside your computer..

It's a grey area. Viewing online isn't illegal but downloading is. But when you view online, it's already downloaded into your Temporary files. How do they define that then?

Nobody says use IE. IE has a very good way of storing things even though you set everything to 0.
And don't think you can rely on Firefox. Even if you set 0 for amount of disk space for cache, everything will still be downloaded somewhere.
A big grey area. Time to review laws. -
