  Does ani one knoe whether downtown eas (pasir ris) there can rent mahjong table and set anot? how much ar?
  
  and does the place sell otak and satay? raw one or cooked one
  
  Or is there ani place in Pasir Ris sell otak and satay
  
  going to bbq tmr.

  Otak without the leaves is not called otak.

  I'm not sure about the stalls which are renting the Mahjong Set if it's still in operation, but during my visit 2 weeks ago, the stalls have already ceased operation. Not sure if it had moved or closed down.
  
  Cheers sell Otak in frozen pack. It's not very nice, quite starchy and little meat. If you're able, you may want to try buying from Lee Wee Bro. If you have large quantity, they'll deliver.
  
  Frozen "City Satay" Satays are also sold at Cheers. It's around $8+ for a pack of 20 pieces. Thaw Raw Satay is also available at the eating place near to the arcade. It's 30c per stick if I'm not mistaken.

  Can rent the mahjong table and tiles set from Bibik's Place at Costa Sands Pasir Ris at $20, raw satay can be bought from the Alfresco eatery stalls, but my advice, buy from City Satay (it's the same supplier), otah can be bought from Cheers...
  
  Just a note, if any of your neighbours complains to the Resort Office that your mahjong makes too much noise, you can be banned and equipment will be removed from your unit without hesitate...
