when they meant the term 100% beef, did they literally mean that the entire cattle(i.e. eyes, brains etc) were made into tasty beef patties?

They often use cow's intestines, kidneys, livers, tongues ... maybe they use their brains. I'm not sure. That's how they make the McNuggets, usually too.

Omg, so true. There's so much salt even in the first fry I pull out. I think the customers complain it's tasteless already.
Then there's still the Corn Cup. It's really disgustingly insipid and expensive. -
what I really miss are the milk shakes .... are they even still around in Singapore ? ... it's one of McD's staples and quite easy to find in some other countries though .... -

In parts of Japan and Korea they serve drinks in plastic cups. Then go through ultra-violet and reuse. They really care about environment there. I took the cup home the last time i went there

Almost everything in McD is not good for health. It is very questionable what parts they use to make the meat patties in burgers.
BTW, sometimes the fries are so soggy and so dried up that it is a torture to eat.
